Fire charge is an item
which produces fire when used. It can beused as an inefficient
substitute for the flint and steel.
When used, It instantly
produces fire, similarly to flint and steel. The fire charge
isconsumed in the process. Unlike the flint and steel, firecharges
can not be used to detonate creepers. When a fire charge is dispensed
with a dispenser, It acts like a blaze fireball, flying in astraight
line. When it hits a block, It will place fire. It produces no
explosiveeffect. If it hits a player, It deals a total of 5 damage
health points of hitdamage, and health points from burning.
Fire charge can also be
used tolight a Nether portal and it can be used to craft firework
stars with the largeball effect.
